Job Summary
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team! The ideal candidate works well both independently and within a team, can maintain a positive attitude to encourage patients in recovery, and has existing knowledge of physical therapy guidelines and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Ability to Create a Plan of Care by evaluation and assessment of patient’s levels of functionality
- Assist patients as they exercise or practice daily functional tasks by correcting form, motivating them, and ensuring their safety
- Maintain accurate records for all patients, their treatment, and their progress
- Maintain all equipment, ensuring a clean, safe work environment
Qualifications
- Current state licensing for physical therapy, CPR required.
